In this new period we live in, we updated our processes to make all your experience healthier and safer. Because we care about you and your loved ones. As part of our updated processes for COVID-19, all our guests are required to wear masks or face protective equipment. The teams of all our solution partners are responsible for complying with all local and nationally announced rules & regulations within the scope of COVID-19 measures. In addition, our handling service team abide by these rules at all times from the moment you arrive in until you leave the country. Updated additional processes are also implemented to protect the safety of our guests and team members. Within this concept, there may be updates regarding the availability of some services and facilities. Please check our flexible booking policies prior to your trip, which you can take advantage of in case of any specific changes in your plans and restrictions at the destination. HOW DOES THE IZEtravel.com WORK?
Honestly, it's easy. Go to search and type in your needs to travel. It can be an experience, a geography sector of Turkey or any other key word. Let the site do the rest. You can also browse all of our experiences on the A – Z experience list.

Our site is NOT filled with itineraries, all we have provided are some guidelines only - an example of what you can experience, rather than an inflexible, the same as the rest of the bunch list of what you have to do. No, our purpose is to take your ideas and curate them into experiences. Yes, we will provide some ideas on our virtual platform and if you like what you see then of course you can jump right in and copy them exactly. But, what we offer is so far away from ‘written in stone’. We are flowing, swaying and flexible in every possible way you feel like as long as it's doable. Do dictate your needs and tastes so we can put our expertise to create something that’s entirely bespoke for you

HOW MUCH TIME DO WE NEED TO TAILOR YOUR TRIP?
In our common scenario, you’ll have your initial itinerary within a few days.

But first is first we’ll either set up a call or write you an essay to get to know you and your family, friends or whoever is your travel buddy. Next, if you have not already informed us, we’ll question you about your needs, tastes, interests and how+long+when you like to travel. The next step is up to us where we’ll paint a travel canvas for you and push it forward your way within a few days.

We’ll anxiously wait for your comments and hence fine-tune your trip as much as you like. We believe in ASAP answers, but to understand you first is our main priority. We need to speak the same language and be on the same level. The rest is just a touch here or there.

WHAT WE OFFER ON OUR WEBSITE ARE HYBRID AND CAN BE ADAPTABLE.
We love working from fresh, a new blank page with each and every guest. So scratch is our starting point. What we offer is for you only, so all of our itineraries are completely tailor-made from scratch. What you see on izetravel.com is to provide inspiration, and to give you an idea of the possibilities we can curate. Yes, there is a menu, but what we love to do is provide what is off the menu. We love to knead your needs with our expertise to place the best dish on your travel menu.

ARE IZE TRAVEL EXPERIENCES CHILD-FRIENDLY?
We are mothers, fathers, sisters and brothers. So, yes absolutely. We know what being a parent means and can pinpoint what a perfect family trip could be. But of course, we need your insider's help. We have been inspecting hotels, venues that are fit for kids of any generation.

JOINING A GROUP?
Absolutely not. What we offer will be for you only. We have no minimum or maximum limitations, so it’s up to you on how big the size of the group should be. Never underestimate the power of a buy- out. We can buy-out hotels, gulets, boats for you and your family. All you need to do is just say so.

HOW LONG DOES MY TRIP HAVE TO BE? The longer the more experience, but we can arrange trips of any length or intensity. Stop-overs, just a short break or a roadrunner trip across Anatolia, Turkey. Consider it done!

WHAT ABOUT FLIGHTS?
As a full travel service provider, we do book flights, the choice is yours. All flights can be integrated to your unique itinerary so you are stress-free or you can just book all the flights yourself. But if you have a plan to book private jets, it's better to go through an expert like IZE Travel. Also, it's always more convenient to book the flights from the point of departure rather than arrival. But hey, we will never shy down from a request.

SO I BOOKED WHAT'S NEXT?
Once all is set on both sides the countdown will begin. We will confirm in writing everything with our local partners. We will update you on a regular basis until D-Day. Once we have your final payment, all the final confirmed documentations will be sent to you. A pre-departure call will allow you and us to go through the final details. You will be assigned with a 24/7 concierge service all through your trip.

LAST MINUTE ADDITIONS? As the D-Day gets close and as you work on your trip you might want a few additions here and there. Nothing is written on stone so you can absolutely inform us with your last-minute additions and we will do what is necessary.

NOW THE FORMAL STUFF; PAYMENT ISSUES?
We do not charge a working fee for our itineraries. You will only pay when you’re completely satisfied with what we have offered and confirmed for you. So yes, we will work for free until you confirm and God forbid cancel.

When you decide to go ahead we will ask for a deposit of %35 of the total bill with the definite confirmation.

The balance payment is due 2 months in advance of your intended D-day.

You booked with us less than 8 weeks before departure, sorry for being so figural but we will ask for the full price of the journey.

Prices will have been quoted in Euros, USD or GBP, depending on where you are coming from. Payments must be made in the same currency of the quotation.

Unless a new way of the payments can be paid by bank transfer, debit or credit card.

HOW DO I PAY IZE TRAVEL?
Sorry for being so figural and formal but this needs to be out of the way. You can pay for your trip by credit card or bank transfer to our bank account. We will not charge any fees to pay by credit card (except AMEX). Unfortunately, in general during bank transfers the bridging banks may charge individual fees to pay to our Turkey account. Just make sure of the expenses before you punch the transfer button.

WILL IZE TRAVEL COST ME A FEW MORE BUCKS?
We are afraid so but yes. Unique, bespoke, experiential, luxury travel isn’t cheap. This is a fact and no need to play around it. To visit St. Chora at night alone, to cruise along the Bosphorus in an Uber yacht, or walk on the burnt city of Strabon will have its costs. But we are very price cautious and will make sure you get the best experience for the value of the amount you have paid. We will never be away but always be with you along the way as your ghost travel partner. To cut it short, frankly no experience comes cheap.

QUOTATIONS?
All our quotations will be as a package rate. We work with our partners on contracted rates and therefore that part of the business is on confidentiality that will not be shared with you. So, no price breakdowns, it's all packages.

WHAT IS A TRAVEL DESIGNER?
A travel designer is basically us. We know the inside and out of Turkey on an organisational level. We always break bread with our local suppliers and partners and hence keep ourselves on top of the game at all times.

IF YOU HAVE BOOKED SOME PORTIONS OF YOUR TRIP ON YOUR OWN THAT DOESN’T BOTHER US.
We are travel designers, even though we would love to care for you all through the journey you might consider going shoulder to shoulder on some aspects of the journey with us. We are o.k. with that. It's your journey, we would be more than happy to add a few spices somewhere along the way.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT TO OTHER TOUR OPERATORS?
We are boutique and dedicated to creating unique, experiential journeys. We love to do our homework, test our boundaries and never rest until we are purely secure with what we offer. We don't sugarcoat or talk the language of a fancy sales executive. We are travel passionates for experiential seekers. We have our love, passion, expertise and knowledge to offer you.

WHEN WE'RE ON OUR TRIP?
We look after you. We concentrate on you during your trip. We stalk your every move and make sure the next one is ok and bump free. In case of an emergency we will be there with you.

I’M TRYING TO BE A RESPONSIBLE TRAVELLER. WHAT IS IZE TRAVEL DOING ABOUT THIS?
We support the local community in educating girls. We also support sustainable travel and actively work to improve the communities in which they operate.

Also according to the bill of every trip we plant trees on your behalf in Kuşadası, around Ephesus, House of Virgin Mary Forrest and send you the certificate.

VISAS?
Yes, this can be a hassle. Since we receive you in Turkey we cannot assist you out with any visa related issues. Yes, we can assist you fill the visa forms, but then the rest is up to you. The good news is that Turkey is basically the least visa-problematic country in the world. Please check the visa regulations here.

INSURANCE?
We do recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover your trip before the D-Day. This is an area of personnel choice and under the governmental laws we cannot assist you here.

VACCINES?
Turkey does not ask for any vaccines from anyone. But please be aware it’s your responsibility to ensure you’re covered for all health-related issues. We provide personalised service but cannot be that personnel with you. Health is on you and no one else.

HOW DO I SEND FEEDBACK?
You won’t have to, but we would love to hear from you. Good will place a smile on our face. Bad will motivate us to correct ourselves and fine tune on the matters you might point out. Upon your return we will send you a questionnaire where you can pour your heart out, we will read and listen. Every comment counts!
